Quotes & approvals
Your quote confirms product construction, quantity, applicable setup charges, freight and estimated timing. For custom printing, required artwork and proof approvals are completed before production.
Payment
Payment requirements and a payment method are provided with your order confirmation. Stock orders proceed to Square-hosted checkout for payment. Custom orders follow the payment instructions supplied with your approved quote.
Shipping & timing
Ship-from location and freight depend on the product. Do not assume free shipping or same-day shipment. Production, payment clearance, proof approval and any required validation can affect the delivery schedule.
Custom quantities & changes
Any production overrun or underrun allowance must be confirmed in your quote. Changes after approval may affect cost and delivery. Contact us before returning any product; custom-product returns and quality claims require review.
Reorders
Send the previous quote or order number, quantity and delivery ZIP. We will reconfirm current pricing, specifications and availability.
